There is space for all the residents in the parking lot in front of the yard.
A password is required to enter the house. Each resident room has a deadbolt and key.
Mail is sorted into each resident's mailbox.
Note that many residents have bikes. The medical campus is about a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute bike ride from the house.
All the game tables are on the first floor.
A door from the first floor leads out to the porch in the rear of the house.
A variety of donated exercise equipment is available for resident use.
A lounge area with a big screen TV, satellite with movie channels, and several couches is in the basement.
Residents may store food in provided bags in the deep freezer.
Most residents cook their own food.
A large refrigerator containing individual drawers for each resident is located in the kitchen.
Several cabinets allow residents to store non-cooled food. We also have house-provided cereal stored in this area.
Recycling containers are available in the basement for separation of recyclable waste.
A washer and dryer are provided for resident use.
Each of the upstairs floors has a communal bathroom with showers. Residents may close the entry door to the bathroom for additional privacy.
A library located on the second floor is available 24 hours a day.
The third floor bathroom has stalls enclosed by closet-style doors instead of just shower curtains for added privacy.
Located on the west end of the house, the fire escape with stairs services the second and third floors.
